We have a production area of nearly 12,000m², focusing on mold design and production, plastic molding production, cable extrusion, DIP wave welding, laser welding, automated data cable production and finished product assembly. We have 10 production lines equipped with complete inspection and experimental equipment, such as environmental protection detector, plug-in testing machine, salt spray testing machine and automatic aging testing equipment.

Quality Control Procedures
1) Before any process, we do IPQC first to prevent deficient purchase causing bad products.
2) Test the USB port, if it is qualified, then it comes to next process.
3) Test one 8pin port and only qualified can be used.
4) Test two USB port and 8pin port, also, only qualified can be used.
5) Testing three tests again to ensure quality.
6) Whole products is testing by our professional QC team.
7) All the products must through the prototype test.

Equal Employment Opportunity/Non-discrimination

We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.
